When our roving reporter traveled to Kuala Lampur on business, we made sure he took a side-trip to Seremban to visit the early stomping grounds of my mom's youth. She lived here with her parents until 1941, when the Japanese encouraged a quick exit. We've been creating cards and  collages from photos, artwork and souvenir fabrics collected on the voyage.

We like to practice drawing hands. Here's a peek into our sketchbook from around the kitchen. We were making empanadas with pumpkin filling (kind of like poptarts with pumpkin pie filling), and chicken enchiladas with green chili sauce. Recipes provided free to clients, become one today!
